Alice Lee Venable Boyd, age 90 of Halifax, passed away on January 15, 2025 in Stafford, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Henry Venable and Annie Clark Venable.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Deacon James Edward Boyd; and  daughter, Rachel Boyd Pannell.

She is survived by six daughters, Anne Boyd-Reid (William), Mary Boyd-Jones (Lester), Deborah Boyd Forest (Russell), Barbara Jean Majors (late Kilbert), Eileen Teresa Dennie (Allan) and Gayle Sydnor (Wayne); sixteen grandchildren; forty great grandchildren; fifteen great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
