Mrs. Annie Rose Bellamy Walker, age 87, received her wings on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on October 22, 1937 in Brunswick, NC to the late James and Amanda Bellamy.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Elbert Walker; parents, James and Amanda Smith Bellamy; sister, Clara Bellamy; brothers, Edsel Bellamy, Theodore Bellamy, and Earl Bellamy; sisters-in-law, Louella Potts, Clara Mae Walker, and Mildred Mayo; brothers-in-law, Raymond Walker and James Walker.

Annie Rose leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and faith that cannot be matched; stepdaughter, Shaefon Freeman of Centereach, NY; sisters, Gwendolyn Bellamy, Katha Mae Bellamy and Adalene Fullwood, all of North Carolina; two brothers-in-law, Fred Walker and Garey Fullwood; devoted nieces, Cynthia Bellamy of North Carolina, Mary Pannell of New York City; devoted nephews, Harvey Walker and Charles Walker of Appomattox, and Tim Bellamy of North Carolina; sisters-in-law, April Walker of Brookneal, Mary Walker of Appomattox and Jesse Walker of Kingston, NC; two goddaughters, Savannah Collins of Bronx, New York and Samantha John of New Jersey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
