Mrs. Annie Mae Tucker Waller, age 74 of Gladys, passed away on May 17, 2024 at her residence.  She was the daughter of the late Bratcher Tucker and Janice Roher Tucker. She was the wife of the late Mr. Joseph Waller, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, twin sister and two brothers.

Annie leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her daughter, Twanda Walker (Michael) of the home; her son, Joseph Waller, Jr. (Jackie) of Brookneal, Virginia; she raised four granddaughters, who she considered as her daughters, Krischelle Edwards of the home, Diamond Baker of Nathalie, Tarjah Edwards of South Boston and Kadijah Waller of Alexandria, Virginia; three great grandchildren, Amir, Treu and Kayden; sister, Peggy Gregory of Gretna, Virginia; two brothers, David Tucker (Ann) of Altavista, Virginia and Ed Louis Tucker (Marcella) of New York, New York; devoted sister-in-law, Bertha Mae Waller of Altavista, Virginia; devoted cousin, who she considered as our auntie, Freda Word of Maryland; devoted friends, Daisy Waller, Reva Thompson, Martha Coles, Deborah Miller and many others; and a host of "highly" devoted nieces and nephews.
