Mrs. Bessie Taylor Hubbard, age 89 of Lynchburg, passed away on January 29, 2021 in Lynchburg.

She was born November 21, 1931, in Gladys, VA to Reuben Lee Taylor and Lola Pannell Taylor. She married her longtime best friend and love James Edward Hubbard who preceded her in death in 2004. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and six brothers.

Bessie is survived by two daughters, Sharon Snead (Stanley), Gloria Robinson (William), one son, Calvin Julius Hubbard; her loving sister, Mabel Charlton; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
