He is preceded in death by his parents, the late Mr. Frank D. Hubbard and Mrs. Lou Betty Pannell Hubbard; brothers, Frank, Jr., Leroy and Samuel; sisters, Shirley and Bettie.

He leaves to cherish loving memories: his sister, Mary (Henry) Bolden; four nephews,  Samuel Hubbard(Georgia), Christopher Bolden (JaVera) , Anthony Hubbard, Leroy Hubbard, Jr, and Bobby Jones (Laura); four nieces, Audrey Randall, devoted niece, Pamela Miller (Glen), Vinnie Paige (Don) , and Nancy Davis (Dwayne);  caregiver, Rosa Goode, and a host of other relatives and friends.
