Caroline "Carolyn" Ann Smith, age 61 of Prospect, Virginia entered eternal into rest on September 11, 2025, at her residence.  She was the daughter of the late Henry Bolden and Louise Bolden of Phenix, VA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Barbara Reen Balaam (New York), Shirley Gates (NJ), and Louis Bolden (NY).

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories her devoted son, Brandon Bolden of the home; siblings, Henry Bolden of Red House, VA, Annie Walker of Chesapeake, VA, Sonnie (Cathy) Bolden of Petersburg, VA, Samuel (Andrea) Bolden of Chesapeake, VA, Rhita Wiley of Pamplin, VA, and Harold (Zoe) Bolden of Phenix, VA; sister-in-law, Ella  Bolden of Queens, NY; special friends, Mr. Willie Harding and Ms. Brandy Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
