Mrs. Catherine Jennings Davis, age 87 of Brookneal, passed away on December 24, 2020, in Brookneal. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Semmie Jennings and Mrs. Lessie Maude Davis Jennings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Jennings; two brothers, Robert Jennings and Fred Jennings.

She is survived by her four children, Willie Lee Jennings (Linda) of Lynchburg, Gloredine Adams of Nathalie, Kenneth Alexander Davis (Vernell) of Tuberville and Shelia D. Davis of Rustburg; two sisters, Dorothy Barksdale (George), Clara Barksdale (Roosevelt) both of Nathalie; one brother, William Jennings of Nathalie; one aunt, Louise Crews of Nathalie; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
