Mrs. Clara Priscilla Jennings Barksdale, age 81 of Nathalie, passed away on April 11, 2023 in Brookneal. She was the daughter of the late Semmie Allen Jennings and Lessie Maude Davis Jennings.

She is survived by her husband, Roosevelt Barksdale of the home; children, Robert Franklin Barksdale (Brenda) and Dale Barksdale Scott (Billy) of Nathalie, Shirley Barksdale Hill (Phillip) of Hurt, Sandra Barksdale Scott (Sandy) of Augusta, GA, and Michael Terrence Barksdale (Jennifer) of Radcliff, KY; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Barksdale (George) of Nathalie; one brother, William Jennings of Nathalie; two sisters-in-law, Sylvia Lorene Boyd and Emma Marie Jackson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
