Clara Mae Elizabeth Baker Jennings, age 64 of Evington, passed away on December 10, 2025, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Hazel Jennings Baker Burrell and James (Jim) Wesley Baker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her oldest daughter, Sherry Baker; brothers, Walter Jennings, Sammy Jennings, Nathaniel Burrell (Ruth) and J.T. Burrell; and her sister, Thelma Kidd.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Cornelia Marshall (Jerode) of Pamplin, VA, Marquita Ferguson of Lynchburg, VA, and Tinesha Binns (Nattiel) of Pamplin VA; devoted friend, Tom Henry Ferguson; grandchildren, Samir, Taiveon, Rodney Jr., Lakia, Markasia; two devoted granddaughters, Riesha and Chasity; four great-grandchildren, Rylee, Raii'Dyn, Ramir and William; her siblings, Rosa Baker, Harriet Croner, Shirley Wheeler, Ollie Bell Davis (Johnny Sr), and Wesley "Jimmy" Baker of Pamplin VA; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
