Mr. Clarence Howard Brown, Jr., age 69 of Naruna, passed away on September 9, 2015 in Salem. He was the son of the late Mr. Clarence Howard Brown, Sr. and the late Mrs. Mary Harriette Direks Brown. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Janice Nowlin Brown, children Andrew J. Brown and Daniel J. Brown, all of Naruna; sisters, Paulette Johnson and Lynette Bonty and husband Ezel, all of California; his mother-in-law, Mrs. Pauline Nowlin of Naruna; a sister-in-law, Lona Younger of Naruna; and brothers-in-law, Bryant Nowlin, Jr. and wife, Yvonne of Evington, Paul Nowlin and Charles Nowlin of Naruna; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two children, Andre J. Brown and Naomi C. Brown.
