Mr. Clyde Clark, age 95 of Phenix, passed away on July 25, 2023 in Farmville. He was the son of the late Lenwood Clark and Lottie Cable Clark.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jerenthia Louise Blankenship Clark; brothers, Clifton "Coop " Clark, Robert "Boggie" Clark, and James Howard "Honey" Clark; sister, Mary Clark Copeland; a devoted niece, Ruth Walker; great nephew, Jerrod Spencer' and Christian Clark; great niece, Faith Copeland and Aviance Mapunda.

He is survived by his brother, Bobby Clark of New York; sisters, Georgia Thomas of Dallas, TX and Geneva Younger of Roanoke; sisters-in-law, Vernell Clark of Phenix, Edna Balinsey Clark of Charlotte Court House, and Jennifer Blankenship of Ohio; devoted niece, Belinda Clark; devoted nephews, Tony Copeland, Larry Copeland, and Harold Clark; devoted friend, Flora Randolph; a goddaughter, Paris Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
