Mrs. Constance Bennett Patrick, age 84, of Gladys, passed away on April 18, 2024 in Lynchburg,  She was the daughter of the late Fannie Bradley Pannell and Henry S. Pannell.

She is survived by two sons, David C. Patrick (Michelle) and Mark B. Patrick;  sisters, Olethia Cook (Waddie) of Gladys, Ella Brown of Alexandria, VA,  Mary Alice Pannell of Gladys, VA,  and Ernestine Corbin (Bruce) of Alexandria, VA;  brothers, Henry Pannell of Atlanta, GA,  Garnett Pannell (Patricia) of Fort Washington, MD; and Clifton Pannell (Sarah) of Fort Washington, MD; and  a host of nieces , nephews, and other relatives and friends.  Constance's family and friends will remember her as a loving and caring person who loved unselfishly and would give you the shirt off of her back.  She loved shopping, cooking and canning foods.  Her famous saying to everyone was "Yeah, Sugar!"
