Cornell Jeffrey Williams, age 56 of Petersburg, Virginia, passed away on July 25, 2025 in Petersburg, Virginia. He was born in Chase City, Virginia to the late George W. Williams, Jr. and Daisy Staten Williams.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandfather, George W. Williams, Sr. and grandmother, Louise M. Williams and grandmother, Loana Staten and grandfather, Jacob Staten.

He is survived by his daughter, Ahlleyia Brooks; two grandchildren; brother, James Webb (Rolanda); nephew, Jaeland Webb; great niece and nephew, Jayna Webb and Jrue Webb, all of Maryland; cousins, Denise and Jody of Maryland; and a host of other relatives and friends.
