Deaconess Esther Thomas, age 81 of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away on September 20, 2025 in Perry, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Herman and Margaret Megginson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Deacon Joe Thomas; her son, Randy Thomas; five brothers, James, Charlie, Ed Lee, Wayne and William; and two sisters, Frances and Delores.

She is survived by her three daughters, Cheryl (Jeff), Merlita (Deray), and Surinder (Vincent); twenty grandchildren, Ashley, Crystal, Briana, Ebony, Deray, Jr., Symone, Jeremiah, Isiah, Malachi, Alexus, Alexandria, Kelvoinna, McKenzie, Kashmere, Nehemiah, Ezekiel, Cynthia, Aroura, Royal and Da'Mari; great grandchildren, Adrian, Matt, Jr., Arroyana, Jaiden, Journi, and Kimora; sister, Lindale, Marilyn, Marianna (Louis, Jr), Violet, and Gwendolyn (Cecil); sister-in-law, Ella Megginson; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and great friends.
