Deborah Clinkscales, age 68 passed away on December 1, 2025 in Abington, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Ida Mae Johnson and the late Charles H. Johnson.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Clinkscales; and brother-in-law, George Alden.

Deborah was a faithful assistant to Dr. Reverend Thelma Prescott at Temple of Praise Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA. Each Sunday, she joyfully read the Scripture, sharing God's Word with a voice full of conviction and grace. Her favorite verse, which she lived by, was Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This Scripture was not only her guiding light but also a reflection of the strength and faith.

Deborah leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Ida Mae Johnson; sisters, Antionette Alden and Charlene Warren; nieces, Angelique Twyman (Maurice) and Alissha Alden; nephew, Denzel Warren; great-niece, Rian Faulkner; great-nephew, Christian English; aunts, Kathren Smith of Keysville, VA, Ruth Jackson (James) of Victoria, VA and Virginia Whitehead of Jamaica, New York; devoted friends, Lorrie Goeins and Mui Whetstone; and a host of cousin and other relatives and friends.
