Mrs. Dollie Mae Boyd, age 65 of Petersburg, passed away on October 7, 2022 in Petersburg. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Willie Mac Boyd and Inell Boyd Robinson. She was married to Earnest Jones of Nathalie, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Annette Jones; one sister, Mary Tucker Boyd; two brothers, John Boyd and Earnest "Bug" Boyd; devoted nephew, Henry Boyd.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories, two sons, Michael Lewis Jones (Yolanda) of Chesterfield, Virginia and Gregory Lee Jones (Ashley) of Nathalie, Virginia; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two aunts; one nephew; three nieces; devoted caregivers, Ruth Putney (Wally) of the home in Petersburg, Virginia; and a host of other relatives and friends.
