Mrs. Dolly Ann Brogdon, age 82 of Lynchburg, passed away on September 2, 2022 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of the late James Robinson and Annie Word Robinson.

She was preceded in death by five sisters, Cornealia Watkins, Martha Clark, Margaret Lindsey, Betty Harris and Edith Barksdale; three brothers, James Robinson, Willie Robinson, and Roosevelt Robinson.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Willie Brogdon; two daughters, Frances Fowler (Deno) and Barbara Davis (Jerry); two sons, Wayne Brogdon and Gregory Brogdon (Robyn); five granddaughters, Desiree, Sharnice, Ariel, Tonya and Kasey Brogdon; three grandsons, Tyrone, Gregory, Jr., and Keith, who was like a son; five great grandchildren; three granddaughters, Susie, Annette and Elizabeth; great-granddaughter, Samantha; David Lee who was like a brother; two sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; the Ferrell family; special cousins, Corrine Hubbard, Frances Hubbard and Geneva Jones; devoted friends, June Nowlin, Ollie Smith, Clara West, Dorothy Hamlette, Clara Hardison, Cora Brown (Tody) and Queen Lesiter; and a host of loving nieces, great nieces, other family and friends.
