Donna Edwards Coleman, age 58 of Matthews, North Carolina, passed away on January 30, 2025 in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Jessie Edwards, Sr. and Martha Ann Canada Edwards.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Cheryl Overby; brother, David Canada; stepfather, Elisha Spraggins; aunt, Mary C. Kent; two uncles, Jimmie and Michael Canada; one niece, Erica N. Tucker; and nephew, Henry Tucker, Jr.

She is survived by her three daughters, Shamon and Shatel Mosby of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Shakeita Coleman of Lynchburg, Virginia; two grandchildren, Faith and Damian Mosby; god-daughter, Karmah Mosley of Gretna, Virginia; sister, Gail Hutchinson (Michael); brother, Jessie Edwards, Jr. (Katrina); aunt, Delma Canada; god-sister, Pam Fleming; god-brother, Greg Llwewllyn (Jackie); sister-in-law, Nittie Jennings (Dean); and a host of other relatives and friends.
