Mrs. Ethel Willie Pannell Mosby, age 94, formerly of Brookneal, passed away on November 11, 2021 in Albany, New York.  She was the daughter of the late Mr. David Pannell and Mrs. Emma Zeff Walker Pannell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Bernard Lee Mosby.

She is survived by her children, Bernard Lee Mosby, Jr., Rosalyn Mosby and Deborah Mosby-Greenfield; grandson, Marcus Mosby of Atlanta, GA; brothers-in-law, John R. Mosby and Matthew A. Mosby and Roy Harvey of New York, New York; sisters-in-law, Marie Mosby and Marion Mosby; and a host of nieces and nephews.
