Mr. Francis "Frank" Blackwell Cook, age 75, of Charlotte Court House, entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2021.  He was the son of Mrs. Lillie Diggs and the late Mr. Robert Earl Cook.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Douglas and David.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Lillie R. Diggs of Charlotte Court House; four brothers, Irvin Cook (Charlie) of Winter Haven, FL, Xavier Cook (Karmen) of Kalamazoo, MI, French Cook of Richmond, and Orenthal Diggs (OJ) of Tampa, Fl; sister, Brenda D. Haskins (Michael) of Charlotte Court House; sister-in-law, Deborah Cook of East Orange, NJ; and a host of other relatives and friends.
