Mr. Fred Harvey Jones, age 68 North Chesterfield, passed away on September 9, 2023 in North Chesterfield. He was the son of the late James Jones and Myrtle Harvey Jones.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Elaine, Nannie Mae, and Jessie Jones.

He is survived by his daughters, Monica Randolph, Shonda and April Edmendson, and Katrina Edwards (Jessie); grandchildren, Kalieb, Kameron, Tyana, Taevian, Alyssa, Alyshia, William, J'ana, Zyan, A'Jayceon and Kyn'Trell; siblings, Sallie Morton of Phenix, Leroy Jones (Vanessa) of Rustburg and Ronald Jones (Kathilla) of Lynchburg; nieces and nephews, Charletha, Kimberly (Chris), James, Jonathan, Christina, Aaron, William, Kendall, Brandon and Raven; aunts, Helen Jackson of Appomattox, devoted aunt, Eva Snead of Richmond, Betty Snead of Randolph, and Mable Carter of New York; uncles, Cecil Harvey of Appomattox and Elijah Harvey (Bernice) of Phenix; close friends, Kenneth Booker, Sammy Tucker and Wayne Canada, all of Richmond; and a host of other relatives and friends.
