Gayle Davis Adams age 57 Gladys, passed away on June 2, 2024 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of the late Deroy Davis and Ella Witcher Davis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Evon Barksdale and Mary Womack.

She is survived by her husband, Edward R. Adams of the home; two sons, Dexter (Antaya) and Justin; two daughters, Tanisha and Hannah Oulds; seven grandchildren, Charity, Braeya, Emory, Syrenity, Journee, Jeremiah, and Bryan Beatly; siblings, Maggie Younger (Pete) of Chatham, Angela Coles (Hayes) of Myrtle Beach, SC, James and Deroy Davis of Chatham, Leevester Davis of Gretna, and Edward Davis of Richmond; aunt Estelle Gilbert (Jack); twelve nephews, eight nieces; in-laws, Ralph and Bernice Adams of Gladys; and a host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
