Mr. Gerald Dale Edmonds, age 62 of Long Island, passed away on July 5, 2024.  He was the son of Mr. William Lee Edmonds and Mrs. Catherine Chappell Edmonds.

In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa P. Edmonds; his brothers, John Edmonds, Michael Edmonds, Braxton Edmonds, William Edmonds; and a sister, Rosa Chappel.

He leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Gerald Edmonds, Jr., (Melissa), Corey Edmonds, and Chris Edmonds; four sisters, Patricia Edmonds, Mary Edmonds, Marguerite Edmonds, and Rebecca Bailey (Danny); one sister-in-law, Patricia Edmonds; two grandchildren, Lilia Edmonds, and Alara Edmonds; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thank you to his dedicated caregivers and extended family Tracey and Tracé Dejarnette, Kenneth Lee Taylor, Sandra Callands, Bernadette Hunt and the Slayton family.
