Gloria "Beannie" Humphrey, age 78 of Brookneal, passed away on April 16, 2025, in Brookneal. She was born of February 3, 1947 to the late Ferdinand Edward Kresment and Catherine Edith Peterson Kresment.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Edward Humphrey; brothers, Ferdinand Kresment and William Kresment.

She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Pannell (Marion) and Kelly Pressley (Jimmy); grandchildren, Randy Humphrey (Nicole), Brittney Myrick, Samantha Puckett (Jeremy), Charles Taylor, Breanna Pannell, Cole Humphrey, Olivia Smith, Rhett Pressley, Austin Puckett, Kinley Puckett, Kason Puckett, Khari Pannell and Kennedi Pannell; sisters, Catherine Kresment and JoAnn Cox; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at 5210 Staunton Hill Road, Brookneal, Virginia. Open to everyone who knew and loved her.
