Gloria Mae Scott, age 74 of Concord, entered into eternal rest on July 4, 2021, in Richmond.  She was the daughter of the late Annie Pear Scott.

She is survived by a devoted friend, Reafus Armistead of Brookneal; a daughter, Marilyn McIvor (Stanley); two sons, Lorenza Clarke (Sonya), and Russell Scott (Veronica), all of Concord; six grandchildren; three sisters, Gail Denson and Linda Cheatham of Concord, and Barbara Franklin (Joel) of Lynchburg; two stepchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
