Grace Marie Martin Epperson, age 72 of Rustburg, passed away on October 9, 2025 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Elmer Martin and Gracie Mae Johnson Martin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Jessie Wayne Epperson; and her sister, Doris Ann.

She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Waller (Danny) of Brookneal; three grandchildren, Patrick (Amanda) of Rustburg, Ryan (Courtney) and Dylan Waller, all of Brookneal; two great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Raven of Rustburg; brother, John Martin (Sheila) of South Boston; nephew, John Glenn Martin of Nathalie; aunts, Polly Tucker of Appomattox, Minnie Jones of Rustburg, and Peggy Love of Wilsons, VA; uncle, Mike Johnson of Rustburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.
