Mr. Herman Brown, age 85 of Saxe, passed away on June 25, 2021 in Keysville. He was the son of the late Oscar Brown and Lena Green Brown.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his four brothers, Oscar Jr, Joseph, William, and Berman; sisters, Annie Mae and Estelle; daughter, Yvonne Williams; son, Keith High; grandson Keith Jr.; and faithful, niece Connie Walton.

Herman leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted and loving wife of almost forty years, Lorraine Dailey Brown; his daughter, Lisa (Kendrick) Holloway; sons, Herman Brown, Jr. and Richard Jeffress; two dedicated grandsons, Keynan Copeland and Thomas Brooks III; loving granddaughter, Quiana Brown; sixteen more grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, John Henry; sisters, Ruby and Betty;  brothers–in-law, Norris (Ruth) Dailey and Howard Dailey;  sister-in-law, Rosa Skipper; great nephew, Patrick Morton - who he raised for many years; loyal friends, William Hall and Nathaniel Goode; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
