Herman Lee Crews, Jr. age 65 of Nathalie, passed away on July 7, 2023 at his residence. He was the son of the late Louise Jones Crews and Herman Taft Crews.

He is survived by his sister, Mrs. Joann Marie Walker of Nathalie; seven nephews, Kevin Crews, Kyle Crews, Christopher Crews, Jason Crews, Davontia Crews, William Clements, Jr., Donald Byrd, Jr. all of Nathalie; three nieces, April Nicole Trynham of Vernon Hill, Arlishia Byrd of Danville, and Felicia Crews of Nathalie; a close cousin, Eddie for North Carolina; and a host of other family members and friends.
