Rev. Herman Jessie Robertson, Sr. age 78 of Gladys, passed away on December 13, 2022 at his residence. He was the son of the late James and Beatrice Robertson. He was married to Mrs. Bernice Evelyn Yuille Robertson.

In addition to his  parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Frankie and Michael Robertson; and stepson, Eddie Edwards.

Those left to cherish his memories are, his wife, Bernice of the home; son Herman, Jr. (Maria) of California; daughter, Tonya Robertson of Gretna; stepchildren, Lewis Poe of New Jersey, Fanetta Quarles and Tangie Edwards of Newport News, VA, and Curtis Yuille of Suffolk, VA; godchildren, Floyd and Belinda Syndor; brother, Arthur Robertson of California; sister, Ann Higginbotham of New Jersey; sister-in-law, Loretta Younger (Horace); brothers-in-law, McKinley Yuille (Charity), Theodore Yuille and Carroll Younger, all of Naruna; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
