Horace "Tink" Mabins, Jr. age 89 of Nathalie, passed away on February 24, 2026 in South Boston, Virginia. He was the son of the late Horace Mabins, Sr. and Woodrow Crews Mabins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandmother, Minnie Word; and sister, Macie Mabins.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his niece, Nathalie Mabins; host of cousins and friends, including his guardians, Gaynell, Nicole, Zelma, Teresa Walden, Margaret Barbour, Minister Calvin Barbour, Ethel Burch, and the children of his uncle, Alfonza and Odessa Crews, aunt, Pauline Sheldon and uncle, Malon Crews.
