Mrs. Ida Edmonds Barksdale, age 80 of Lynchburg, passed away on November 8, 2022 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of the late Lillie Adams Edmonds and William Braxton Jackson Edmonds.

Ida is survived by one son, Mr. Robert Lee Edmonds Sr. (Carman) Fairfax; and one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Dillard (Curlie) of Lynchburg; sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren (preceded in death), thirty-two great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
