Mr. Joseph Clinton Waller, also known as "JC" or "Papa Joe"  age 77 of Nathalie, passed away on July 28, 2022 in Nathalie. He was the son of the late Howard Waller and Pencie Boyd Waller. He was married to Annie Mae Tucker Waller.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his oldest sister, Geneva Brooks; his baby brother, Harold "a.k.a. Cotton" Waller; and his brother-in-law, Owen "a.k.a. Pony" Tucker.

Joseph leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Annie Mae Waller of the home; his daughter, Twanda Baker (Michael) of Gladys, Virginia; his son, Joseph Waller, Jr. (Jackie) of Brookneal, VA; his sister, Bertha Mae Waller of Altavista, VA; two step brothers, Sherman Jennings (Phyllis) of Nathalie, VA and Paul Jennings (Diane) OF Gretna, VA; three brothers-in-law, Jerry Tucker of Lynch Station, VA; David Tucker (Angela) of Altavista, VA; and Ed Louis Tucker (Marcella) of New York, New York ; two sisters-in-law, Peggy Gregory of Gretna, VA and Freda Ward of Maryland; four devoted granddaughters that he doted on, Krischelle Edwards of Richmond, VA, Taijah Edwards of South Boston, VA, Diamond Baker of the home and Kadijah Waller of (Alexandria, VA); two great grandchildren, Amir and Kayden; two devoted best friends, Thomas Woody (a.k.a. Booty Head) and Lawrence Boyd (a.k.a. Gabby); and a host of "highly" devoted nephews and nieces.
