Mrs. Juanita Ann Spencer, formerly of Appomattox, Virginia, passed away in Catonsville, Maryland on June 9, 2022.  She was born August 9, 1931 to the late Hazel Matthews and Francis Hebron.  She was the wife of Mr. Andrew William Spencer.

She leaves to remember and celebrate a legacy of love; her devoted husband, Andrew; loving caregiver daughters, Lynn Griffin Bell, Pamela Scott and son, Andrae Spencer; grandchildren, Christopher Carey, Justin Scott, Mia Spencer and Lea Spencer; son-in-law, Anthony Scott; daughter-in-law, Stefanie Spencer; sisters,  Deloris Lynch, Carol Borden; brother, Bruce Hebron; godchild, Coleen Morrison; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
