Mrs. Karen Lilly English, age 69 of Spout Spring, Virginia passed away on July 31, 2022 in Lynchburg. She was the daughter of the late Willie Lee Lilly and Hallie Mae Robinson Wheeler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Therassa Andrea Wyder; and her husband, Herbert English.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Victor A. Lilly of Madison Heights, VA, and Tracy Wheeler of Evington, that she raised to be a loving devoted daughter; grandchildren, Sherrell Gray and Zechariah Lilly, both of Madison Heights, VA; devoted sister, Regina Robinson and Denise Coleman, both of Appomattox; brothers, Bobby Lilly (Shirley) of Farmville, Lynn Wheeler, Jr. (Rose), Ruben Wheeler (Barbara), Tony Wheeler (Shirley), all of Appomattox; aunts, Minnie Jean Haskins, Joyce Robinson and Annette Baker (Peter); uncles, Samuel (Velma), Larry (Roslyn), Leon (Levaren), Rylan, and Enoch Robinson (Jainita); nieces, Ansoinette, Camille, Laconya, Katrinia, Rachel and Dianne; nephews, Marcus, who she thought of as a son, Lynn, Tyree, Clifton, Christopher and Keelyn; two very special friends, Wilma Johnson and S. O'Dessa Wheeler; and her adopted parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Ray Woods; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
