Kelly Francis Crabtree of Brookneal passed away suddenly on Monday, July 31, 2023 at the age of 54. Kelly was born to Virginia Reynolds Francis and the late Lyle Yancey Francis in Lynchburg on January 11, 1969.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by  her father-in-law, Phillip Crabtree.

Kelly was employed at Brookneal Elementary School as a Paraprofessional. Kelly loved God, her friends, her family, and her students. She loved to spend her time at the beach, sitting on the porch, and supporting her children and students at sporting events

She is survived by husband, Steven Crabtree; two daughters, Kaylena Crabtree (Alexandra Pritchett) and Malayna Crabtree; a son, Kaleb Crabtree; brother, Danny Francis (Karen Francis); mother, Virginia Reynolds Francis; mother-in-law, Joan Gillispie and father-in-law, Richard Gillispie; her husband's siblings: Rhonda Crabtree (Stewart Smith), Barry Davis, Rachel Crabtree, and Glenda Waller (Danny Waller); and many extended family members.
