Lillian Irene Cook Easley, age 90 of Charlotte Court House, affectionately known as Irene/Rene, passed away on September 3, 2025, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Earley Lee Cook, Sr. and Willia Gregory Cook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Easley; and eighteen siblings.

Those left to cherish her memories are her devoted daughter, Mary Easley Charlotte Court House, Virginia, daughter, Carolyn (T'ron) Easley-Brooks of Baltimore, MD, and son, Marvin (Jackie) Easley of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Gracie Stovall of Drakes Branch, VA; brother, John (Charbeth) Cook of Columbus, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren, Damon Antwan Easley, Alicia Short, Nicole Easley, Justin (Brittani) Wilkes, Lakeya Carter, Marvin Easley, Taurean Easley, all of Baltimore, MD, Nicolas Roberts and Ernest (Tanisha) Roberts of Chester, VA, Patrice (Sam) Johnson of Concord, NC, Victoria (Shayna Byrnes of Charlotte, NC, Katrina Easley of Apex, NC, Howard (Hayley) Anderson of SC; thirty-two great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, Kloe and Aubree Hughes of Concord, NC; and a dear friend, Ms. Alicia of Baltimore, MD; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
