She is preceded in death by two brothers, Tanner and Thomas Wooding; three sisters, Mattie Pannell, Carrie Waller, and Martha Sutherland.

Those to cherish her memory are her children, George Wooding of Charlotte, NC; Gracie Witcher and Tiny Gregory (Jerry) of Altavista, VA, Tommy Wooding of Virginia Beach, VA, Margaret Allen of Lynchburg, VA, Lee Wooding (Linda) of Hurt, VA, Darryl Wooding of Wilmington, Delaware, Stanly Wooding of West Virginia; her siblings, Nannie Coburn of Gretna, VA, Geneva Tucker of Nathalie, VA, Ethel Miller of Mississippi, and Grover Wooding of Halifax; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

There will be no formal services.
