Mr. Luther Howard Lambert, age 72 of Saxe, passed away on September 8, 2022 at his residence. He was the son of the late John Milton Lambert and Victoria Mosley Lambert.

He is survived by his wife, Nan of the home; children, Luther, Jr. (Cassandra) of Appomattox, Kimberly of Maryland; Michael (Summer) of Chesapeake, and Lucas (Salina) of Drakes Branch; grandchildren, Bryan, Titeanna (Wayne), Kwame`, Trenquieta, LaCresha (Cris), Shyquan, Kobe, De`Alonzo, Lucas, Jr., and Orlando; great-grandchildren: Jay, Jayceon, Zyir, Gianni and Malachi; one brother, Larry (Janice) of Saxe; one brother-in-law, Tyrone White (Gloria) of Crofton, Maryland; nephews, Antwan of Lynchburg and Timmothy of Drakes Branch; a devoted cousin, Carroll Seymore (who was more like a brother); and a host of other cousins and friends.
