Mrs. Marva Jones Rhodes, age 78 of Asheville, North Carolina, passed away on May 28, 2026, in Flat Rock, North Carolina. She was born on December 1, 1947, to the late Eldred Jones and Annie Mae Cain Jones. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gene Jones.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Rhodes; her son, Brian Rhodes; three sisters, Delois Jeffress, Jeanette Bradley (Ralph) and Kathleen Rush (Will); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
