Meade Carson Buster, age 78 of Nathalie, passed away on December 25, 2025 in Lynchburg. He was the son of the late Murray Gustav Buster and Emma Jennings Buster. He was married to Mrs. Terry Barley Buster.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Robert Buster.

Meade is survived by his loving wife of forty-eight years, Terry Barley Buster of the home; two sons he adored, Meade Buster, Jr. (Ketura) and Brandon Buster of Richmond, Virginia; three special grandsons, Rashawn, Jayden, and Kameron;  five brothers, Joseph Buster (Sue) of Bronx, New York, Thomas Buster,  Claude Buster, Charles Buster (Mary), all of Nathalie, and Chester Buster (Gayle) of Bowie, MD; a sister, Mary Emma Buster of Nathalie; two brothers-in-law, Adolphus Barley of Brookneal and Alvin Barley (Rena) of Chesire, Connecticut; two sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Campbell (Greg) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Peggy Thomas (Victor) of Lynchburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends, who will sadly miss him.
