Mrs. Melinda Ann Beadles, age 57 of Brookneal, passed away on December 13, 2021, in South Boston.  She was the daughter of the late Sylvia Thompson. She married Larry Beadles, Sr. and to this union, seven children were born.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her birth mom, Joyce Walker; a sister, Nancy Anderson; brothers, JC Walker and Steven Walker; father-in-law, Owen Beadles; mother-in-law, Betty Beadles; and brother-in-law, Herbert Beadles.

She is survived by her children, Christina Mayes, Anita Beadles and Amanda Beadles of Nathalie, Jennifer Beadles, Tammy Beadles, Larry Beadles, Jr., and Tonya Beadles, all of Brookneal; thirteen grandchildren, Rebecca Beavers, Shaun Beavers, Jr., Kaylee Beadles, Larry Beadles, III, Kayla Childress, Dylan Wright, Alyssa Anderson, Serenity Davis, Justin Brown, Mark Brown, Jr., Douglas Quensberry, Kristy Quensberry, and Haley Quensberry; two sisters, Mary Alice Beadles and Debbie Corillo, both of Brookneal; and a host of other relatives and friends.
