Mildred Lee Fowlkes Watts, age 80, of Keysville, Virginia passed away on January 9, 2024 in Chase City. She was the daughter of the late Percy Lee Fowlkes and Julia Mae Ferrell Fowlkes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Watts; children, Carl Williams, Joseph Williams, Reginald Williams, James Williams, Juliette Williams, Robert L. Williams; and sisters, Helen Resendiz, and Evon Fowlkes; and brothers, Percy L.Fowlkes, Herman Watson, Greddy Watson, James E. Watson, Otis Watson and Benny J. Watson.

She is survived by her children, John H. Williams of Rustburg, Ethel Mae Harper (Steve) of Baltimore, MD, Cynthia Ann Williams of Keysville, Russell Lee Williams (Sherrell) of Baltimore, MD and Larry D. Brooks (Brandy)of Keysville; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren from various states; Judith A. Watson Vazquez of Victoria, Della Mar Marrow Keysville, Maylene Smith of Kenbridge, Josephine W. Hughes of Victoria; brothers, Reginald J. Watson of Richmond, and Charles H. Fowlkes of San Antonio, TX, and Ray Watson; daughters-in-law, Eunice Williams of Charlotte Court House, and LaTanya Williams of Baltimore, MD; and a host of other family members and close friends.
