Mrs. Octavia Elaine McCargo, age 68 of Keysville, died on February 11, 2020 in Keysville. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Ulysses Jennings and Mrs. Octavia Wilkes Jennings.

She is survived by her daughter, Tanya McCargo Swann of Drakes Branch; her son, William McCargo, Jr. of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Gratten Williams, Jr., Issaiah McCargo and Ellijah McCargo; three sisters, Hazel Watson of McKinney, Elizabeth Eames of Winston-Salem, NC and Joyce Small of Brooklyn, NY; five brothers, Melvin Jennings of Danville, Wilson Jennings  and John Jennings of Keysville, Ulysses Jennings of Green Bay, and Franklin Jennings (Estella) of Drakes Branch; her former husband, William McCargo, Sr. of Drakes Branch; and a host of other relatives and friends.
