Mr. Otis Joshua Barbour, Jr. age 74 formerly of Nathalie, died on May 3, 2019 in Washington, DC. He was the son of the late Mr. Otis Barbour, Sr. and Mrs. Ella Barksdale Barbour.

In addition to his parent Otis, Sr. and Ella, he was preceded in death by his brother, Levi Barbour and many cherished relatives.

He is survived by a daughter, Monique LaShon Barbour-Owens of Waldorf, MD; a son, Adrian Visconti Barbour of California; nine grandchildren, Nichelle Owens-Joseph of Chicago, Aerique Owens, Brandi Owens, Gabriel James, Caleb Owens, Aidan Owens, all of Maryland, Carrington Barbour of the District of Columbia, Ashston Barbour and Dubois Barbour of California; ten great-grandchildren, Neveah Joseph, Kyree-Anthony Joseph, Christian Joseph, Ikari Joseph, Aaliyah-Rowin, Avery-Amir, Kalel-Reese, Kita, all of Chicago; Carrin Barbour and Adalise Barbour, both of the District of Columbia; two sisters, Betty Tune (James) and Sarah Barbour of Nathalie; two brothers, Kitt Barbour (Drucilla) of Maryland and Malcolm Barbour (Mattie) of Nathalie; one sister-in-law, Nancy Barbour of Nathalie; one aunt, Linda Barksdale of Maryland; one uncle, Harry E. Slayton; a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
