Otis Lee Lynch III was born in Syosset, NY, on November 3, 1989 to Caroline Morton Brown and the late Otis Lee Lynch, II.  He departed this life on Monday, November 27, 2023 at his home. Otis attended Richmond public schools where he graduated from Huguenot High School, Class of 2008.  After graduating from high school, Otis had several jobs; his favorite was driving the truck over the road.  He said driving out there on the road gave him peace of mind.  Otis was fun to be around, with a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile.  He also had a love for motorcycles.  Otis will be missed dearly.

Otis is survived by:  his mother,  Caroline Morton Brown; step-father, John E. Brown Jr.; grandmothers, Gladys Morton of Richmond, VA and Barbara Powell of Charlotte Court House, VA; his children, Otis Lee Lynch IV, Orianna Li'Nae Lynch, Omari Leigh Lynch, Omere Latisse Lynch and Ramere Lee Lynch, all of Richmond, VA.; three brothers, John Carlyle Brown of Richmond, VA, Kissan Lynch of Georgia and Antwan Lynch of New York; two sisters, Lydia Lynch of PA and Latisse Lynch of New York; great-grandfather, Rev. John Henry Brown of Saxe; aunts, Anita Morton and Jewel Morton, both of Richmond, VA; uncles, Fred T. Morton, Jr. of Richmond, VA, Tyrone Brown of Saxe, VA, Christopher Brown of Reston, VA, Ronald Lynch and Onza Lynch, both of New York; Robert Morton of Charlotte Court House, VA and Bill Lynch of South Carolina; god-parents, Jerry and Livia Thompson of Richmond, VA and Charlene Gaines of Charlotte Court House, VA; god-brothers, Jerry and  Jerrell Fields of Richmond, VA,  Joseph Harvey of Farmville, VA and J.R. Washington of Richmond, VA; god-sister, Tiffany Fields; close friends, Danielle and Denita Morton (cousins), Erica Brown, Rakita Hall, Daryl Harper, George Anderson and Brian Washington, all of Richmond, VA; and a host of other close family and friends.
