Otis Acell Smith's Obituary
Mr. Otis Acell Smith, age 81 of Appomattox, passed away on September 9, 2020 in Lynchburg. He was the son of the late Mr. Robert Smith and Mrs. Sallie Riddick Smith.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Donnie Marie Easton, Vangilee Hall and brother, Robert Lee, Jr.
He is survived by one sister, Lenzie Burke of Gates County, New York; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
