Mrs. Peggy Angel Crews, age 72 of Nathalie, passed away on February 26, 2023 in Brookneal. She was the daughter of the late William Lee Angel and Carolyn Florence Booker Angel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margerete Davis; and brothers, Ed Angel, Joe Angel, Pete Angel, Jack Angel and Jimmy Angel.

She is survived by three sons, Danny Davis of Concord, Barry Davis (Dodie) of Evington and Jason Crews (Kacee) of Nathalie; seven grandchildren, Cassie Davis, Chad Davis, Katie Guthrie (Brent), Kolby Crews, Maisey Crews, MaKenna Crews and Kaison Crews; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Kay Hamlett (Louis) of Nathalie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
