Phillip Franklin Haskins

Phillip Franklin Haskins, age 85 of Appomattox, Virginia, passed away on April 23, 2026 in Lynchburg, Virginia. He was the son of the late Hannah Pannell and the husband of Janie Maude Baker Haskins.

He is survived by his dedicated wife, Janie Maude Baker Haskins; three daughters, Cynthia M. Haskins of Richmond, Virginia, Brenda A. Taylor of Fort Worth, Texas, and Andrea V. Ferrell of Chester; two sons-in-law, Sigmund A. Ferrell of Chester, Virginia and Otis D. Taylor of Fort Worth, Texas; eleven grandchildren, LaTasha Williams, Kimberly Haskins, Tiffany Anthony, Lesley Wade, Eric Haskins, Antonio Williams, Robinson Crusoe Haskins, Anthony Williams, Jr., Alexas Taylor, Ty’Quan Williams and Adriona Taylor; twenty-one great grandchildren; four cousins, Margaret Reeves, Russell Randolph, Mary Anderson, and Wanda Rose; and a host of other relatives and friends.
