Mrs. Phyllis Wilkes Jennings, age 75 of Nathalie, passed away on November 16, 2023 at her residence.  She was the daughter of the late Mr. Mose Wilkes and Mrs. Thelma Marie Clark Wilkes.  She was the wife of Mr. Sherman Alfonza Jennings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Glenda Brown and Laurise Wilkes Peters.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted husband of 45 years Sherman Jennings; three children, Quinton Wilkes (Rhonda), Patrice Johnson (Rodney) and Donta Jennings (Shana); three sisters, Hilda Black (Jerry), Bonnie Morgan,  and Delphine Cook; five brothers, Tracy Wilkes (Cynthia), Alfie Wilkes (Tracy), Curtis Wilkes (Gene), Mark Wilkes (Robin), and Ricky Wilkes (Lynette); six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
