Mrs. Phyllis Lambert, age 54, of Appomattox passed away on July 8, 2020 in Lynchburg. She was born on November 26, 1965 to the late Mr. Willard F. Marshall, Sr. and Mrs. Doris Mae Stevens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George A. Wiley and Willard Marshall, Jr.

She is survived by her children, LaKisha Baker (DeWayne) and Charles Davis, Jr. (Tiemeka); grandchildren, Xiamond Baker, "Cakes", Josiah Baker, "Good Looking", M'Aaliyah Davis, "Ma", and Averie Davis, "Gravy"; siblings, Louise Jackson (Glenn), Edith Smith (Clawzell), Sybil Coles (William), Catherine Gray (Montola), Tameka Daniels, Vernon Marshall (Angie); sisters-in-law, Rhita Wiley and Shirley Marshall; special friends, Nina Johnson, Kimberly Glover, and Amanda Lofton; the social club 3X A Charm; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
